First impressions count!

Having just settled kids back into school I recently saw this in action, kids were quick to seize up their new teachers. It's not one thing but everything that counts - what you wear, what you say and how you say it, body language, reputation, published information (social media) etc. Ask yourself, 'Do you look the part?'.
